Earthling Coffee + Espresso Coffee, cares about the privacy of its customers and on-line visitors. This Earthling Coffee + Espresso’s Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Earthling Coffee + Espresso collects, uses, and discloses personally and non-personally identifiable information of customers and visitors through our websites and online services. Marketing Emails:  When you are required to provide us with an accurate e-mail address through which we may contact you,  such account requests through our Websites constitute your express acknowledgment that we may use your e-mail address to communicate with you about product offerings from us.  While you cannot opt-out of receiving notifications and other communications regarding your account or your transactions, you can opt-out of receiving promotional and other marketing emails from us by using the “unsubscribe” feature in our marketing e-mails.

Location Tracking: Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable the use of precise location services by any application on your mobile device through the device’s settings menu.

Earthling Coffee + Espresso uses a variety of managerial, technical, and physical measures to protect the integrity and security of your information. These measures may vary based on the sensitivity of your information. However, no security precautions or systems can be completely secure.  We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Earthling Coffee + Espresso, and you do so at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

You can help protect the privacy of your own information by using encryption and other techniques to prevent unauthorized interception of your personal information. You are responsible for the security of your information that you transmit to us or view, download, or otherwise access when using unencrypted, public or otherwise unsecured networks.
